Home Planner answers the question every move comes down to: what does the sale leave, what does the purchase take, and how much is left over at the end. Sale equity, savings pots, stamp duty, legal and moving fees all feed one figure — then the renovation budget for the new place counts against it.
Mortgage maths is built in: a deposit slider drives LTV, monthly repayment and the balance after the fix ends, with an editable guide of typical UK rates per deposit band. Every plan can be saved as a named scenario, shared with the household, and compared side by side — and you choose whether scenarios sync to your account or never leave the device.
